As the design director on the Global Corporate Communications team, I oversaw the development and global rollout of two brand identity refreshes, ensuring a cohesive and consistent visual identity across teams and markets, partnered closely with senior leadership, including the Global C-suite, to design and deliver high-impact internal presentations and materials, and defined the visual identity for agency initiatives and events, reinforcing brand standards and elevating the agency’s presence at a global level.

The Project:
Create a lockup and suite of assets for “Stand Against Bland Day”—a worldwide moment of community, collaboration, and idea sharing, united by one goal: taking a stand against bland brands.

The Project:
Explore how the existing UM brand system and PowerPoint template could be expanded and customized to better align with potential clients. The brief was to reinterpret the template across three distinct visual styles—Gen Z, Corporate, and Luxury—while remaining anchored to the core brand identity. By leveraging the full range of the brand color palette and developing custom textures for each style, I created a flexible, scalable system capable of supporting a wide variety of pitch needs.
